Is there still a chain quest required to get swift flight form for druids in World of Warcraft?
I was wondering because at the trainer it says to get it all i need is the artisan flying skill. (Which im currently working on) 5000 gold is tough to get lol
You can train the form from the trainer as soon as you buy the artisan skill. There is a quest chain, but it is no longer required.
There are perks to doing the quests though. You wont have to pay the trainer 16 gold, in fact you gain gold for doing quests. You will gain reputation with the Cenarion Expedition, XP if you aren’t 80 yet, an Idol, and a device to summon a boss in Sethekk Halls. This boss can possibly drop a mount and can only be summoned by druids. I have actually had people that want to farm that mount pay me to come summon the boss for them.
I am not sure if you will be able to do the quest line if you do purchase the training, and then decide you want to get the item to summon that boss.
