warhammer online error, after i click the play button, it pops a box saying critical error. any suggestions?

Everytime i try to play warhammer online, it pops up saying critical error.

  1. Well first -
    so you are in the beta, and downloaded the file? If you just got the game and didn’t pre-order for the beta - then that could be why.
    But this sounds like a Windows error - which may mean your computer just doesn’t have the specifications to run this game. Check your computer’s specs against these:

    If not - it could be a bad file. Try wiping and reinstalling the file. At this time, I’d just go buy the disc and install that and see if that fixes it.
